Before starting, please ensure your manuscript follows the AJVS author and submission guidelines. You will be asked to upload your manuscript, identify co-authors, and provide information such as title, abstract, and keywords.

Once started, you may save your progress and return later. You will be able to review and correct any information before final submission.

Your article should follow the structure below:

  • Title Page: Concise and self-explanatory (≤23 words). Include author names, affiliations, and corresponding author’s institutional email.

  • Abstract: Maximum of 300 words summarizing the background, methods, results, and significance. Add five keywords below the abstract.

  • Introduction: Clearly state the study’s background, justification, objectives, or hypotheses.

  • Materials and Methods: Describe the study design, methodology, and analysis in replicable detail. Include ethical approval if applicable.

  • Results: Present findings clearly in text, tables, or figures. Avoid repeating data already shown in tables.

  • Discussion: Interpret findings in relation to previous research and note limitations or implications.

  • Conclusion: Provide a concise take-home summary of your main findings.

  • Acknowledgements / Conflicts of Interest: State any support received and declare any conflicts.

  • References: Use APA 5th edition referencing style.
